Why doesn't my map show any congestion lines?
The application may take a few seconds to load. While it is loading the application shows a static image of a blank map.

Can I get more detail on the map?
While you can zoom in on the map we cannot provide more detail than already exists on the map.

The map loaded, but then froze. What should I do?
If the image freezes and will not zoom or pan, try refreshing the image. Remember this may take a few seconds. If that does not work, close the application by pressing the "Home" button on your iPhone until you are returned to the home page. Launching the application again.
